Good day everyone! So as you can see I couldn't stay away for long. I stayed on Phase 3 for 10 days and after some research I found the cyclers. I know many of you will disagree with my decision and I have weighed the good and the bad. I am part of the youtube hcg family also they are such a bad influence. I'm joking, I love them too. I get great information there and on the forums I'm involved with. I liked P3 and stabilizing was too easy. I stayed exactly .5 or on the dot of my LIW. It was boring and I wasn't ready to stay at a weight where I wasn't satisfied. So I read, and read, and watched and watched some more until I made the decision to go for it. I am happy not hungry and losing very well. A pound a day so far. I didn't load because the advice from people who cycled with success said up to 14 days there is no loading. I liked that idea better because I hated the thought of putting on 5 xtra pounds! I'm not in anyway condoning this decision I think people have to evaluate their situation and go from there. Eating this way for me is very easy. I don't know why I don't struggle with it. It could all be a mental balance. But, here I am hunger fine and weight loss great. I'm watching many of you and Jen Payne too. I've noticed that many have decided to un-hcg and I'm very interested. If this stops working for me I will definitely look into this information. But I really hope it's working out for everyone else. I don't know or think that I'm insulin deficient so that may not effect me. But I am catching up on everyone and I hope everyone is doing well physically and mentally. Happiness in anything you do is all that matters. Be safe and strong everyone. I'll update soon!
