CR 2 VLCD 12

I'm so happy is all I can say. HCG is doing it's magic again. I've been in the 160's now for a week and boy am I enjoying every minute. I'm walking 3 miles a day and feeling amazing. My next blog I want to talk about curves cause boy am I losing them. I have a flat tummy and hips right now. I feel like any lower and these areas will suffer. So now the debate. Do I stop at 158 to give myself some breathing room or do I go as low as my weight will take me. I'm really leaning towards stopping at 158 and working out/lifting weights and shaping my body! So we will see I'll weight my options this weekend! I hope everyone is doing great and I hope to get to comment soon. It's been so busy at work with a new project I have no time for anything. Enjoy your weekend everyone. Happy hcging!

I've been gone for a while but I'm back at it!!! CYCLING

Good day everyone! So as you can see I couldn't stay away for long. I stayed on Phase 3 for 10 days and after some research I found the cyclers. I know many of you will disagree with my decision and I have weighed the good and the bad. I am part of the youtube hcg family also they are such a bad influence. I'm joking, I love them too. I get great information there and on the forums I'm involved with. I liked P3 and stabilizing was too easy. I stayed exactly .5 or on the dot of my LIW. It was boring and I wasn't ready to stay at a weight where I wasn't satisfied. So I read, and read, and watched and watched some more until I made the decision to go for it. I am happy not hungry and losing very well. A pound a day so far. I didn't load because the advice from people who cycled with success said up to 14 days there is no loading. I liked that idea better because I hated the thought of putting on 5 xtra pounds! I'm not in anyway condoning this decision I think people have to evaluate their situation and go from there. Eating this way for me is very easy. I don't know why I don't struggle with it. It could all be a mental balance. But, here I am hunger fine and weight loss great. I'm watching many of you and Jen Payne too. I've noticed that many have decided to un-hcg and I'm very interested. If this stops working for me I will definitely look into this information. But I really hope it's working out for everyone else. I don't know or think that I'm insulin deficient so that may not effect me. But I am catching up on everyone and I hope everyone is doing well physically and mentally. Happiness in anything you do is all that matters. Be safe and strong everyone. I'll update soon!

30lbs lost forever!!!
WOW I've come to the end of my HCG journey. I'm finished with injection. My official LIW is 172lbs. OMG I could pinch myself I'm in heaven. I did a steak and mug cake day last night and had dinner at Patricks house. I felt that I was going to get to goal this morning and I did. I made it and I couldn't be happier with my results and how everything turned out. I went through my birthday, easter, sister-in-laws bday, my brothers going away party, and mother's day. I've overcome all the trials and made it to the finish line. I can't stop seeing the number 30 in my head. I have new goals now and that's to maintain for a couple of weeks while incorporating some foods back in. I will also be adding in 2 miles a day walks/jogs depending on how I feel. I'm so excited and I want to thank all my fellow bloggers for the motivating word and encouragement. I want you to know I will still be here and keeping up with all of you. As you know I'm not finished yet I still have 30lbs more I'd like to lose. Friday is picture day and Sunday is my 1st phase 3 day. Wish me luck and to all of you happy losing. I'll see you all at the finish line!

Welcome to all my new subscribers....

VLCD 34 - 38

I'm leaving you all with a poem today my update is short but I don't have a lot so say. I'm so happy with my results with 2 days of injections to go and 28lbs lost I am beyond excited. No matter the stalls, no matter the cravings and setbacks. I did it. I am almost there but I feel like I am already there. I didn't quit I didn't stop and now look where I've come. This 6 weeks has past pretty quickly and I know that I still have work to do. But today I stare at the number and know that HCG works. It does what it's suppose to do. I will do my measurements and I will be taking photos and I can't wait to show you all how great I look. I can say with confidence these pictures are going to be great. No I may not be perfect and I'm not quite done but I must say I'm proud of where I am and so far from where I started. Thank you all for the encouragement and keeping me motivated with all your blogs and persistance. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! I can't wait for my next round and I'll still be here. I'll keep blogging in P3 and P4 because we all know how important the maintenance phases are. This is the end of VLCD but the beginning of my new body and maintaining it well. Love you all and have great releases. I will be catching up with each and everyone of your blogs today! The following poem is very long but it is also very good! When you have the time read through it. Whoever wrote it thank you!

Wow I cannot believe it's been 33 days already. I'm so happy this diet has gotten easier for me. There are so many things in my life right now that aren't as dandy as can be. But I have the world in my kids and so much to be thankful for. Brandon he is such a wonderful kid I love his character and energy this boy makes smile even though he doesn't always know it. Today I'm going to hug him and tell him how much I love him. My baby girl although she cannot talk yet she says so much. Her eyes pierce right through me. Her smile and laughter make me so elated. I'm slowly getting my body back and so she didn't do as much damage as I thought. lol I'm also grateful to have learned how to really love someone and know they love me too. But everyday no matter what is going on I have so much to be thankful for. I have a roof over my head, clothes to wear, and food to eat. Sometimes we get so caught up in things that aren't quite perfect or right or like someone else. It tends to make us forget the important things. Someone went to bed and didn't wake up last night. Someone else loss a child or a baby or has never been able to get pregnant. As mother's day approaches I know that I'm beyond blessed. To all the mothers of children here and gone the time you have and had with them always cherish. You're mothers and there is no one like you. God made you special. I love you all have a wonderful weekend I'll be back Monday. I'm sorry to ramble on but this is just one of those days! I hope everyone has a great weekend and I hope to read and catch up with all you soon. Happy losing.

I love you Mommy!

Yep you got no loss! I love seafood and shrimp is definitely up there as one of my favorites. But last night we had dinner at Patricks house as we do every Wednesday. But the difference between last week and this week he is doing the diet too. So he made an HCG friendly meal for us dieters and pumpkin lasagna for the other crew members. I lost nothing, my bf loss 1.5 but that's after 2 hours later when he weighed after elimination. Patrick loss .6 which is not normal for him. Now get this though and get this the young lady at my job who was not with us had shrimp last night too. She has been doing great but this morning only down .6.
So after a little research we found the we all had large shrimp from ACME. They are farm grown and not wild caught so therefore we all did not eat protocol shrimp and therefore the lack of loss or no loss! So sad but glad because now we know. So no more shrimp from there and we know to be that much more careful. Congrats to a special lady in my group who is the biggest loser so far with 17lbs gone forever on her 3rd vlc day. I'm so proud of her. Anyways on to the next day.

Here is a huge treat for everyone this is an awesome food list for every phase and it's put together perfectly! Enjoy

Nice, very nice! I'm so happy! I am definitely making up my own happy dance right now. Despite my circumstances not being very good at home lately my weight coming down is makes me smile. I'm just hoping that stress doesn't catch up with me. Many people with failed weight loss can be a direct connection to stress. I'm doing well and staying consistent with my food. changing it up and sometimes. Preparation is always the key to staying on track. Now my bf is doing this with me and that makes it so much easier on me. I am only cooking and preparing food for my son now and baby Gabby eats mushy food.
I hope I can stay consistent with the losses until I'm done next week. I don't need anymore stalls, especially if I want to get to the 160s. I'll be happy at 170. I'm going to work very hard on this break between rounds! P3 I'm coming for you. I wish you didn't have to break so long in between. But it is going to continue to teach me good habits so that when I'm done I'll be a loser forever. I hope everyone is doing well. Be strong, stay focused, and encouraged.

VLCD 25 -30

I'm so happy. Again my blogs are becoming few and in between. I'm helping 4 other Hcgers now on a daily basis so this is also consuming my time. But it is so worth it to watch them doing so great. They are losing wonderfully and it makes me happy to help to them. I have 2 others ready to jump in and will be ordering their products soon. These are all people who I am close with and know personally so I'm willing to take out the time. I'm doing great as you can see I broke my stall right before the weekend and I've been creeping back down again. YAY.......
I hope all of you are doing well and you know I will check your blogs soon. I hope to get to comment on them. Always remember stay strong and keep focused.

HCG - Cheating = Awesome results and you're so worth it!

VLCD 23 - 24

I'm so sorry I keep skipping days. I get so caught up in reading and catching up with everyone else my blog just seems less important. Well as you see my Bday and Easter caught up to me the unforgivable food just grabbed a hold of me and wouldn't let go and now I'm still waiting for it to release its strong grasp from my tummy.
I mean you tell me. First back burner restaurant with the bf's sister and husband. The food there was exquisite. I had an off protocol meals of scallops, cole slaw and some sort of rice which was so tasty. I sipped my bfs beer and than had a Jamaican coffee to go. I celebrated still and off to iron hill we went I picked up my Wednesday night dinner pal Patrick and headed over. We met friends there and I managed to sip on a scotch. Which was not my favorite but I heard it doesn't metabolize into sugar. To finish off a beautiful night they brought us both out a their version of a bday cake which was icecream and cake in the middle. Yes, I ate it and I loved it and like Caitlin one of the other bloggers I said "To hell with it I'm going to enjoy myself. I only turn 27 once." Ha Ha!! Now do I regret it, no I'm just anxious to see the scale move a little again.
Any who Sunday came and I had a wonderful day at my daddy's house with family and friends. At dinner my cheat was 2 small pieces of crab quiche and a glass of Pepsi zero. A night of cards and the next day I was back to protocol.
There is nothing wrong with what I desire to eat now I just can't on this phase. I'm really excited to be so close to the end of round 2 though. I want to try so many delicious meals I've been planning. The 2 I'm looking forward to the most are cauliflower rice pizza and spaghetti squash. I miss the consistency of rice and I love pastas and sauces. I know now there are substitutes and I'm extremely ecstatic about this. Chocolate will still need to wait.
Alright Hcg losers out there until tomorrow and hopefully a loss of some sort for me! Keep your fingers crossed!

VLCD 18 - 22 (Broken Scale)

Today 182.5

I have a tracker for the rest of the weigh ins but unfortunately it's not home where I have been! So as you see in the title my scale had been broken. I don't know how long I've had it but it has been forever. I would weigh myself in the morning and it would be one thing and than 2 seconds later it would change by 2lbs. So I got a new one and started to compare the difference. There was no denying that it was not working properly. It got me into the 180s and so I thank it but now I will be able to be a lot more accurate. Quite frankly my new scale likes me better and gives me much better numbers. I feel like now I'm almost guaranteed to wake up with a loss. I'm so close to the 170's now I can smell it. I hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend and holiday. I will start posting my foods again soon. But here is an update quick but simple I'm losing big time and I'm soooooo happy. I hope everyone is doing wonderful. I'm now off to read your blogs. I really truly prefer spending my time reading your blogs than writing mine. Everyone have a blessed day.

Wednesday, April 20, 2011

Really again.......oh well. The scale isn't friendly this morning and that's ok. I'm certain big losses around the corner. It seems to be my pattern. I lose a bunch and they stabilize as my body catches up to the pounds that have fallen off my body.
It's my birthday guys. I'm 27 now. I am thankful to be at this weight right now instead of still struggling to try and get there. Another year for me and I have my health, wonderful boyfriend whose a great father, & 2 beautiful children. I'm thankful for all that I have and all that is to come in my future.
I've been eating the same foods my chicken and cabbage or chicken and asparagus. I guess it's time to change up a bit. It could also be the strawberries. I've been having a small 3oz cup the last 2 nights. I'm going to cut it out tonight. Like I was explaining to a fella blogger on my last blog my body is going to do what it's going to do. I'm finding out things I take well to and things that I don't. It's a learning process and I'm happy to be doing this.
There seems to be this pattern of losing a bunch and stabilizing and I'm alright with those apples. So off to work everyone enjoy your day and check in tomorrow. Hopefully to hear great results from you and to share the same.

VLCD 15 - 16

4/18/2011 - 186.2  = -.4
4/19/2011 - 187 = +.8

This is a quick update and not really a big deal in regards to the +/-. I know my body does this now so it's really not a big deal to me. What is a big deal is that I look and feel wonderful. My total inches loss so far are 13in all over! I'm very excited about that and I can feel it in everything I wear. So I'm going to continue to stick to protocol. I will eat healthy and enjoy the pounds and inches that are gone. Yesterday I had 1/2 of a chocolate delight so that could be the culprit. I will monitor and see today. No little cheats all protocol today! I hope everyone is doing well and I hope to write more in the upcoming days.
Also does anyone ever feel like they are weighing too early. If I had a little more time on my hands I would weight later. I wake up at 5am. What's strange is the number is always higher when I 1st wake up than before I leave. Strange
No worries I will take the loss and gain and understand that this is how it works. I'm learning so much about me and my health every day. Which is going to be so important when the maintenance phase starts!

I hope everyone is doing well!

Sunday, April 17, 2011

I'm actually very happy with this because yesterday wasn't my best day for protocol. I figured I wouldn't lose anything. I had a glass of wine. I went to dinner last night at BBC Tavern. I had great food choices though. I orded steamed asparagus and I had a small piece of my bf's steak. I cut it up and put worchestire sauce on it. The problem was I thought that sauce was safe luckily I only sprinkled a small amount before realizing it had high fructose corn syrup in it. I was kind of sad about that. But coupled with the wine. I didn't do too bad. I know I will lose tomorrow pretty well because today I'm back to what I know best. But I did at least have fun with my friends enjoying a slightly close to protocol meal! I'm off to church this morning. Everyone have a blessed day today.

I will be reading all of your blogs later today. Happy losing!!!!!

15.4 Total loss so far..........

Ok I had to post this really quickly I got a late start this morning. But this was such a great loss I had to let you guys know now. I'm eating my orange curry today. I am changing it up and adding tilapia in place of the chicken! I did that last night. I also had 1/2 of my chocolate delight so that didn't bother my weight loss. Well, on to a rainy and busy Saturday with my family.

Happy losing everyone! Enjoy your weekend.

-2.2 from yesterday

OMG.......I don't think you understand how crazy this number is here. See this means I've lost 14 lbs in only 12 days. WOW!!!!! I know I say that often but I find wow the most appropriate word for what has been happening to my body. I'm losing like crazy! I’m wearing clothes I couldn’t fit just last week. I would have been happy with 1lb but 2lbs is just nuts. So I'm ordering my 2nd round along with 4 other people who will be joining my team. I'm so excited for them because this stuff works.
Last night I went to my Daddy's house because we had a going away dinner for him. He got accepted into linguistic training for the military. So he'll be going to basic training and than to California! He asked me to cooked his favorite dish and they bought dessert. So on the plates of all the happy family was an Indian Chicken Masala Maghlai, basmati rice, and naan. My brother made homemade Oreos and there was a strawberry shortcake made by Sweets to you! The smells were overwhelming and the presentation beautiful. I wanted to taste everything but I reserved one bite for a piece of the curried chicken very small and bursting with flavor. I sat down at the table with my orange curried chicken & cabbage and enjoyed every bit as if it were the 1st time I ate it. So a beautiful night ended even better when I was able to be strong and stay focused on my goal.

Today I'm eating the same thing I ate before and I'm going to love it. I feel like I found what my body likes so why change up now. I'll take the weight loss and then start playing around with other stuff. Only difference is I will probably do fish instead of chicken tonight!

Happy losing my HCG pals!!!!!

Here are many of the HCGers that I am reading and enjoying updates for so far. Many of them have very entertaining blogs that are great reads and full of information that can help you on your journey to health too. Enjoy and thank you guys for sharing as much as you can about your experiences.

Check them out:

Wow!!! Yipee that is what I'm talking about. down -1.4 lbs. This puts me at a total loss of -11.8 lbs so far. I'm loving this diet everyday more and more. We had a good day yesterday! We went to Patrick's dinner night. He made some authentic Philippian dishes which were a marinated pork grilled outside and pasta dish that looked amazing. I did taste a piece of the pork it had no oils so I felt good about my lil bite. It was enough to satisfy my curiosity of taste. I didn't try the pasta though because to me it's just not worth the mess up. We had fun talking about computers and debating whether or not they would ever be smarter than us or not. My opinion no robot will ever be able to compare to the uniqueness and intricate being that God made us. We are all made so special that although some of us may be similar there is no one on the earth made exactly like you.

I figured out that my body loves cooked food. So I made more of that Orange Curried Chicken & Cabbage because I could eat that every day. I also cooked asparagus for my lunches. Luckily I won't get bored if something taste good I don't mind eating the same kinds of food everyday! I also think I'll skip another day of the cocoa crack and see if I lose again like this! Since I already know what I'm eating today I'll post it. I wasn't sure how well I was going to be able to stick to my meals in the beginning. But I know now that I don't stray from it so I can add something tomorrow if I cheat. Which if I have anymore than what I state below it would be cheating! ;-(

1/2 grapefruit

Chicken & Asparagus

Orange Curried Chicken & Cabbage

Also a great blog to mention and take a look at is Caitlin . I have been reading her blog and she has great insight on the diet. She has had a baby in between and done a couple rounds. She maintains well. So definitely check her out.

Wednesday, April 13, 2011

I'm up +.2 today which is not a big deal since I lost -2.2 yesterday! I'm happy with it. Plus, TOM is trying to raise its ugly head. I was hoping I wouldn't get one today but I guess that was wishful thinking. So I had a good day today nothing major.
I don't know if my body likes raw food very much or maybe it's in my mind! Was it the chocolate delight??? Hmmmm, I think I'll skip my cocoa crack and see what my body does.

Marinated Grilled Chicken (pre cooked Sunday)
Lettuce (Ughhh I couldn't finish it all)

Orange Curried Chicken & Cabbage (included my fruit cause I cooked in orange)

1 Chocolate Delight

1/2 grapefruit

Grilled Chicken & Asparagus

Orange Curried Chicken & Cabbage (Yup I had it again because it's that good)

So like I said today was not too bad. This diet is pretty simple, cut and dry follow it and your body will do what it is suppose to do!

VLCD 5 - 9

SW 202
CW 191.4

Total loss 10.6 lbs YAY

Ok........I've been going since Thursday last week as far as my blog! I'm Sorry. Here is the real deal I was scared I wasn't going to make it! I'll show you why but I need to be slapped back into reality sometimes!
Fri +.2
Sat 0
Sun +.2
Mon +.2   This was for a total of +.8 gain in 4 days. I was devastated especially because I knew I hadn't cheated. I had all kinds of temptations in front me. I cooked for the special men in my life. BBQ Ribs(didn't even lick my fingers), fried chicken, rice, peas, gravy. Plus my bf's sister had a bday get together on Saturday. There they served fantastically huge subs, chips, popcorn, drinks, and you know it cake! I had a little shrimp in coconut oil meal. So as you can see my mind played me all weekend and crucified my emotions on weigh in with no results. So yesterday I got desperate and decided to do an apple day today.
Basically this is when you eat up to 6 hours in a 24 hour period all about 3 hours apart. This was not a fun day. I thought it was going to be a breeze. It was so far from it! I couldn't make it to 5. I had 4 apples throughout the day during the moments I was hungry. Luckily for me the weight that the scale so graciously showed me this morning made it worthwhile.
Now the reason I have problems and should be slapped back into reality. I've lost 10.6 lbs in 7 vlcdays. I didn't know what my stall was for and then I read why this was happening. I'm on the faster side of losing the weight. My fat cells are being attacked and so my body wants to hold on to them. So as the fat cells are disappearing my body was making an effort to preserve it at all cost and holding onto water. So in saying that I have 34 days left on the VLCD. So therefore my body has to slow down it's weight loss. Currently my avg weight loss per day is 1.33 if I kept losing like that the remainder I lose an additional 45.22 lbs. This is impossible because I have to stop when i reach 34 lbs dropped. Protocol say 43 days or 34 lbs whichever comes first on each round. So I will have stalls, increases and decreases along the way until the end.
I just need to stay focused and keep reminding myself that this is only a 43 day diet and than maintenance. It's really not that bad but this diet does play tricks on your mind. You have to remember why you're doing this and think ahead. Have your goal in front of you so you have a constant reminder of where you want to be! In saying all of this and running on and on. I'm back and please feel free to yell at me if I miss another day of posting! I'm over it and ready to keep moving forward. I have a wonderful support system. So thank you to all you asked about where my blog was. I knew I couldn't keep hiding!

Back on track with food updates tomorrow! I had some great shrimp dishes over the weekend and I will sneak those in my future blogs. They were very yummy! I definitely enjoy the seafood on hcg. Thanks again for your support!

Hcger signing out!!!!

SW: 202
CW: 193
GW: 140

Ok, so I had to rewrite where I started on HCG. Looking at that CW number only 3 days later on my journey is such a great feeling. Today was another loss of -2.2 lbs. I'm feeling so I had to post again this morning and update my foods and confessions again later. I will however talk about some things that I have noticed while on the diet!

Yesterday I did a no no and forgot my injection in the morning. Some people on the forums were saying that it was ok. It had been in my system for 4 days already. I didn't feel happy with that explanation. My skip day is on Friday for the injections. Since I'm a beginner I don't want to start messing up on the diet already. My awesome bf was so kind and brought it to my job around 10:30am. I am used to taking it at 5:30am. I was starting to feel a little twinge in my tummy of hunger by 10. When he arrived I quickly went to the ladies room cleaned everything and did the shot. Not even 5 minutes later I felt so amazing. I had no hunger pain and I even had to remind myself to eat my snack before lunch in an hour. So lessen learned HCG does curb your appetite. Do not skip when your not suppose to yet. I hope I'm not going to be hungry on Friday. Hopefully there is enough in your system by then. I don't want to develop immunity to it but I also don't want to feel like I'm starving! ;-)

Baking Soda
I have always known that baking soda was a product you could use for practically everything. Only since having been made to use it on HCG did I realize how good this product really is. First off, I'm brushing with it and my teeth are looking whiter all ready. Secondly, I'm using it as a deodorant. I have never in my wildest dreams thought this stuff would work for underarms. I put on a little baby oil all over now since that is all I can use for lotion with a dab under my arms. I take a little of the BS and rub it under both arms and I have been fresh fresh fresh until the next morning. No matter what vigorous activity I've done including chasing my 7 year old and running for my newborn. I love it.

Baking Soda
Taking HCG too late
relationships & dieting

Woooooowwwww........I looked at the scale and had to get off and on 3 times to believe what I saw. I was totally amazed. I mean -4lbs is just crazy. So I'm happy but I'm not going to get too excited because I know that there will be a period soon where it's .5 - 2lbs loss for the rest of the diet. This just the 1st week and so the huge losses. But I will take it. If I can stick to the diet without cheating I will be able to lose up to 34lbs this 1st round putting me somewhere around 165ish. The thought of being in that territory again and not having to starve myself makes me so happy.

It's early in the morning and I couldn't wait to blog so I'm going to finish my food intake for the day later tonight. I do believe that the time change had something to do with the bigger drop today. I ate my last meal at 5:30pm and had my strawberries at 9pm!

Coffee & water

1/2 grapefruit

grilled chicken
cucumbers/ACV + salt & peper to taste

Last nigth was Wednesday night dinner with the Huffs. I had a great time but the food he made was delicious. I did taste it and when I mean taste I actually pinched out a tiny piece. He made some kind of haitian chicken and jamaican dumpling. I did not taste the dumpling for fear of messing up too much. But his chicken was made in fat free chicken broth with all kinds of peppers and tomatoes. So it was safe enough to try. Worth every little bite. :-) I did bring my dinner with me so that I wouldn't feel left out at the dinner table. Since my meal was so tasty I eventually didn't mind that I couldn't indulge myself in his food.

Last for the night I had 3 medium size strawberries!!!!!!

I wanted to have some smooth move tea tonight but I was tired and my little Gabba girl didn't want to fall asleep by herself which is unusual. I don't mind it because it has been a rare thing lately that she wants to cuddle at bedtime. I think for a 3 month old she is doing amazing! I love my kids.

So this morning I had the exact same amount of weight gained as my 1st official lost. I feel good about it. I'm just hoping to see these results on a consistent basis. It would be a motivation to keep seeing the scale drop. But I know realistically there are bound to be some stalls along the way.

coffee w/flavored stevia
water thoughout the day

1/2 grapefruit
grilled chicken
with apple cider vinegar dressing

over Asparagus w/homemade dressing
Green Tea (warm)

5 Strawberries

Mmmmm it was good. But I must admit that I wanted more. I wasn't satisfied because I'm used to having such huge portions. I made that fish last sooooo long. (Mouth watering still)

My cravings today were old bay fries and twix. Why am I craving such bad food right now. I was not hungry today except for when it came time for lunch. Oh yeah my son ate frozen twix right in front of me.

Confession time:
I am a stress eater. Don't get me wrong I love food. But I eat worse when I'm not happy. My cravings for sugar go through the roof. I know many of you can agree. I miss chocolate. Chocolate has been my friend!!!

Ok, chocolate is my enemy hence the weight. Chunky Me - chocolate = skinny me!!! I think I will go to bed early tonight to lessen my late night snacking crave. I still have 2 cups of water to get down and my 5 strawberries.

Very Low Calorie Day 1 (VLCD1)

202 lbs

Wooooooow......ok so that is huge gain. OMG but it's cool! (Whew, sweating hard) I knew this was going to happen. It is suppose to but goodness gracious did I have to be back in the 2s man. Come on!!!! ahhhh

Ok I'm done bugging out now!

I had a good day a little tired in the morning. It was kinda tough. I don't really like black coffee but I drank all of it. Thank goodness for Stevia (english toffee flavor). Got down some water and now I want to EAT. Really I'm not hungry at all but I'm missing the habit of my chocolate chip cookie lol! Yeah I know that's why I wasn't losing weight but whatever.

I got to get a good rhythm with this meal thing:

Water (throughout the day)

Grilled Chicken (pre-cooked Sunday)
Drizzled Apple cider vinegar, salt and pepper to taste

In aluminum foil Lemon, Oregano, Garlic Salt & pepper pour over food and grilled in oven for 20 minutes. Very Tasty

Green Tea w/stevia and an orange before bed!

DAY 1 Load Load Load

199 lbs

1st injection morning! Not bad at all. I pinched my skin and though it took me a while to actually puncture my skin it was easy. I didn't feel anything. I didn't even feel the pinch you usually feel when you get a shot at your doctors office! Go me.........I will be able to do this every morning. It's just creating a habit. I keep seeing a skinny me in my mind so that helps.

I ate all day long the worst foods possible. I feel horrible fat and bloated! Ewwwww

I had Cinnamon Toast Crunch

Whooper Jr. Meal w/fries and soda

Indian Sizzler Buffet

A new buffet on Main street. The food was very good I had enough servings to last me for 2 days. Whoever said that eating whatever you want when you want is great. I feel like a stuffed turkey I can't wait to start my Low calorie diet on Monday just so I don't have to eat like this again.

I had a few drinks today blue moon, seagrams and a mudslide! Yum

Good night

The HCG Decision!!!

The decision.....
So I have decided to start this controversial diet. I did my research for the past month. There are absolutely NO side effects and contrary to what the FDA says it's 100% safe. Sadly we know not to trust them they have approved many drugs and surgeries now and in the past where side effects are less then favored including DEATH.
HCG has been used since 1957 just not for weight loss. It is mainly recognized for early male issues and infertility in women! There is so much information and I cannot possibly cover it all. If you want to know the details read pounds and inches first. www.hcgdeals.com/Dr_Simeons_Plan.pdf  It’s very interesting but I'm excited. My journey has begun. Tomorrow I start day 1 which is my load day.
I am doing the 40 day protocol.  I will list each days weight and what was eaten, exercise if any, and how I was feeling. This is going to be awesome!
